Also to note: The towns i'm finding are a lot larger than the average ones I found in A10. I'm currently occupying a town that's similar to the size of Diersville. Not quite as large as that - but close enough. :)
U just had bad luck dude.
I have had the same issue, explored 8(!) biomes without a SINGLE house, let alone a town.
Not sure every new player would actually notice that this is a bug (could very well be by [bad] design). Should make it abundantly clear that it is being fixed and how to bypass it meanwhile.
In it's current state my GF would have never started playing and i would have stopped playing shortly after. This is game breaking to some people that have extreme bad luck. (Some seem to not notice a difference tho,...lucky guys)
No it is not though, I have seen the odd rare dev post in the steam forums. Most the info here is from players and J^g, who does a ton to keep these forums up to speed.
This can be gamebreaking for some people. No matter if it is an alpha or not. Testers that can not test are useless ;)
