It was held back from this release, due to some bugginess. The parts are there though :)

i can't wait till they get those sorted and add it, the roads are just begging to be driven on.I think it will be awesome having to manage fuel to get where you want to go and then back

Tires are just objects on the ground not functional equpiment. most the parts are not yet there or are very well hidden in the menus with cheat mode on. I suppose the samll engine could be for augers and a bike as is the hand brake. However I do not see any other part that could be used for a bike just yet.

Actually my post was very helpful, it warned others not to get suckered into replying to posts made over 3 months ago, assuming they were more recent. I've fallen into that trap myself, so I know how annoying it is...
