What/Where do I find out what these icons mean?

In the lower left above my health. How can I find out what all these Icons mean?

Go into your inventory... and select the TAB at the top 'Character'. On the left side you'll see the Icons... hover the mouse, and they will tell you what they are and what they do.

Or you can open the inventory and put your cursor over the icon on the left side of the screen and get the tooltip that way too. You should memorize the bleeding one (heart with and arrow thru it) because it doesn't always give you time to check the tooltip before it kills you. You need to use a bandage or medkit fast.
