grover high infestation
I've read here and there it's bugged. I'm stuck on it rn. went through it over the intended path and I see that they tried something new with it having spawn-triggers after you defeated previous zombies giving you a few waves, but I have unloaded 3 whole stacks of ammo now and got the stash and checked everywhere. there are no yellow markers so there is more than 2 spots I must have missed, but I checked the class- and bathrooms on the way and haven't found anything.
does it just have a chance to break with the spawn triggers?

Yes.

Zombies not spawning has been a known issue for a long time now, at least as far back as A19 (when I started playing). It got much worse with the mechanic of having zombies magically teleported in behind you when you triggered the undetectable magic trap.

It's usually only 1 or 2 (with a yellow dot with nothing there), but with the current zombie spawning mechanic it can go wrong more than that.

Grover High is particularly notorious for it because it routinely spawns zombies into areas you've already cleared. The roof is noted for that.

You've got 4 options I can think of:

i) Abort the job. You got the main loot. The trader payment isn't all that much. You'll get xp and money faster by not wasting time looking for zombies that might or might not be there. You'll get trader job points faster by taking another job instead of wasting time looking for zombies that might or might not be there.

ii) Demolish the whole POI. That'll deal with the zombies if they've spawned and are hiding somewhere.

iii) Enter debug mode and issue the killall command. Same outcome as (ii), but much faster.

iv) Enter debug mode, enable god mode, fly, noclip. Then you can fly through (literally through) the POI up down and sideways, making sure you've entered every room.

I don't do jobs at Grover High. I do the POI sometimes, but not as a job.

yea I've been in every room and gone over the roof a few times. I've went up and down the POI at least three times to check if I missed a room but it's not even giving me any markers. idk if killall would work since they don't seem to be loaded in. I think the spawn triggers being tied to killing zombies seems to just be broken
Just curious, are you using V1.3 stable ?

Asking because the patch notes mentioned something like that fixed in Grover High :

Fixed
Unable to clear school_03 "Grover High" plus large combat performance improvements

I am using the latest stable build, yes. I've also created my current world a week ago so it also says 1.3. I think it's just not fixed even if they say it is.
yup not fixed, same for red mesa T6 clear, unclearable. most T6's are bugged out

Yes, it seems they may still have an issue with this POI then. I hope someone will make them aware of it. It's annoying when you can't complete a quest due to a game mechanic issue.
Never had a problem with over 3500 hours logged in-game...Until the new patch. I am as frustrated as you. I tried the "sleeper r" command with "kill all" throughout the entire mission and didn't succeed nor get the last yellow markers to pop up. I followed the linear path, stayed on the roof at the start and ran the mission as intended. I notice from time to time the elevator on floor two that spawns the cops doesn't open and some of the patched roof areas lack the full spawning mechanic only releasing a few of the intended numbers from the air box units. Other than that, I believe the remaining areas are spawning correctly including the gym with the construction worker roof drops. Not sure where the missing sleepers might be. I sure hope they put a little work in to fix this as it is an entertaining mission.

yea it's really one of the more entertaining POIs with how many zombies it spawns really giving you a "horde" feeling. it's a bummer it's broken so I really hope they look into it

Ask an admin to noclip / fly through walls to check for bugged zombies, but yea if you were playing 1.2 and updated to 1.3 without a wipe then likely the mission is still bugged even though it was patched. Patched pois are only enabled on the newest map. If that makes sense.

I've started that save after 1.3 was already out. it's just not fixed even though they say it is
