Admin commands denied
Hi, I just rented a server from GTX Gaming. In the TC Admin Control Panel I set my steam ID as admin. When I'm in game and open console and enter an admin command the command gets Denied. Anyone know how to fix this?

You may need to set your permission level in the server config xml :)

I have it set at 0

you might need to add the actually command to the permission list with a permission level of 0.

I have, still no luck, sent a ticket to GTX Gaming, waiting to hear from them

Probably user error in the xml file. Unlikely that it has to do with your server host.

You need your steam ID then load the server admin xml & follow inetructions.

Have you tried using the comsole in the server manager interface ?
Other than that maybe you need to enable cheat mode (type "cm" into the server console) in order to use the ingame console ?

Might be an error in your code on the XML, try looking & make sure you did lnot leave something out or take out comment marks--->

Just one little mistake when you worked on it will screw it up.

Try taking out the 4 admins with 0 as the ID, the only difference is I have is no moderaters code, did you add that or did it come with your XML? Try removing that too just in case.

You should add your name as a comment after your ID code to show players names, helpfull when adding more admins.

Never mind on Moderator I see it is a comment.

The only other think & this might sound stupid on my part you have to click submit or reastart on the loaded config, I see no mistakes in the code just the extra admins with 0 is the only thing I can think of.

I noticed that under my server description it says Blackboxservers.net
It appears GTX Gaming has subbed my account to them and I have had nothing but problems with blackbox in the past. I'm requesting a refund and switching to a diff server host.

p.s. I did try your sugestion of removing the 4 extra admins and the moderator, didnt help :(

I use Gameservers & they are 13 bucks for a ten man & great support, my COD BOP's clan uses it too. Right now only 8-10 players are supported for servers & once 12 gets here more player slots will be supported for servers, how many more I do not know waiting for 12 to find out. I used to have an 18 man server but I dropped it down to 10 when I found out that many was not support.
