I legit want to know how hiding in the trader base for 20 mins with god mode and infinite ammo is more fun than having the hoard off and being able to explore the world, work on your base, do quest, mine

Hiding with the trader lets us spend the night comforting Jen (or Rekt, I don't judge) while a bunch of screaming zombies pile up outside the compound. I mean the apocalypse gets a little lonely sometimes, right?

i've had 7 days since the beginning and didn't know about god mode and all that jazz. if i wanted to change things up i just use mods

Vanilla game 1st horde is to simple to live through, Ladder up a tall building at least 4 blocks high, put up a few blocks above you so the birds can't get to you, Drop a few rows of spike traps around the bottom and chill and snipe the zeds all night, real simple.

wait... that's my plan as a last resort. I always thought that if they breach my defenses I can definitely get on my bike and just outrun them. even without stamina. tried that in a normal night when they run and they don't catch up. didn't do it up until now because that's cheesing the game imho
