I just came here to say oddly this old school movement bug has only been a thing recently. It's the first thing you learn how to counteract when learning to code player movement, so idk why the code has this now. I do like it, and it does add a little more strategy. HOWEVER the devs hate the player, and always update in ways to disadvantage them, never to aid them, so idk...Why would they so silently add something that helps the player..?
Fact : years ago, the devs have provided player options to force all zeds to always walk, which make the game even easier than this 2 keys trick.
You can try to ignore facts as you wish. They're still facts. I never said anything about devs being nice, that's just you trying to spin something to talk about me.
Facts are, all the options the devs implemented in their game are their own choices. And most of these choices are there to allow players to play the way they want. Moreover, the game has been made extremely easy to mod. Again, to allow a lot of players to play as they want.
Your (IMO indeed very weird) opinion is the devs hate the players. Those facts disprove that opinion.
Now, since you seem to like guessing what's my own opinion about the devs, let me tell you. I don't know them, I have no idea what kind of ppl they are. I know only their game. I just think they wanted to sell their idea of a mixed genre game and understood they had to please the most different ppl possible to succeed, which they did with over 18 millions copies sold, over 10 years in the most played games on Steam and a review score (recent and overall) way over 85%.
I don't know many games that achieved that, but all those that did were made by devs who were dedicated enough to make something a huge lot of gamers loved playing for a long time. When devs hate gamers, they never reach such success. Look at the recent flops and you'll find the devs who really hate most gamers.
the person you responded to is known for just spewing nonsense, careful when engaging them, it never ends
The heck are you talking about? Honey can drop for each stumps you clear! Getting honey is BARELY any trouble at all! You start in forest, you cut all the stumps down you see netting you wood and free food/healing/infection cure.. ^^'
No....it drops from like 1/20 stumps...Maybe you forgot your loot is set to 500%?
Most of the time I go a game week without finding any and end up buying one from the trader. Just search this forum for the topic. Tons of people wonder if their game is glitched sometimes because they get zero for dozens and dozens of stumps chopped.
i'm just saying homophones of zombie to be uwu cute
hummmm deer fren, i unsure why you would think SD or WA is a new trick with two keys? this existed in jedi outcast (2000/2001) and bunnyhopping too, there are youtube vids that feature fun stuff with massive bhops
true i also feel like stumps generate themselves randomly in the forest, i come back to the same area and new stumps are there for the honey'ing........... not to mention the secret honey book that gets it from all trees
nah it's 20% aka 1/5 XD
nope, not unless that was a very recent change. Go look at the threads on the topic. You failed to mention what your loot is set to as well.
Also the book the other guy mentioned doesnt give you honey from all trees. It gives a slight chance from trees. More slight that stumps iirc.
It literally is new *in this game, that pressing two directionals will make you move faster while walking. I don't know why you think it's not. All the people I play with noticed it at the same time too. Maybe you have not had this game more than one year?
A lot of gaslighting goes on in this forum I see LOL
LOL I usually play 50% loot desert only map or worst biomes.. XD
Also in the Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config
block.XML right here:
<drop event="Destroy" name="foodHoney" count="1" prob=".2"/>
the .2 mean 20% So yeah you are obviously saying nonsense Rofl!
So stop baiting or trolling it don't work! =)
