How do i make my hotbar smaller?
My hot bar is over lapping my stamina bar

Raise the resolution. If you can't raise the resolution, you'll have to get a larger monitor/video card, or upgrade the entire system. Or wait for a mod that changes the HUD, but that might be a year out from now.

Weird in >7.6 my game used to have a tool bar that over lapped my stamina bar because of the resolution i had the game running at(1600x1200) now in 7.7 my tool bar goes underneath it which looks rough but is way better than before.

The scaling for the belt etc is a bit off for some resolutions try some others out, the reason i prefer 1600x1200s ratio is i feel it makes blocks look a little nicer/less squarey and i actually like having a scaled up looking belt and inventory its easier on my eyes n for mousing about these areas.
