Metal vs Wood Ladders
IS there any advantage to metal ladders compared to wood ladders? Sames to still cimb at same speed. Other than durability any differences?

honestly i dont bother with making metal ladders, they should add the ability to climb metal ones faster than wood (yea it doesn't mkae much sense). but there isnt much incentive esp in the beginning of the game when you really need that metal for other things.

also having a problem climbing them all of a sudden, about a 10 tile high ladder was working fine then all of a sudden trying to climb back up im hitting an invisible wall all of a sudden. when i look at it from the side the spot wehre i get stuck isn't matched up perfectly its like a milimeter off though barely noticeable

It takes *far* more hits to destroy a metal ladder than a wood one. If you're worried about your ladder being banged on, or being in the vicinity of traps (?), make it metal.
