Invincible zombie glitch?

so i've been playing single player for about half an hour or so mainly killing zombies to level up hanging around the outside of the central city, and i came across a zombie that i've never seen before. it's a nude walker and it's the color of bone but it doesn't look like it is a skeleton because it's as thick as a normal zombie and no parts of him that look like bone or anything. but i've shot about 30+ arrows into his head/gut/neck/foot every where (atleast 20+ into his head) and normal zombies take about 2 or 3 headshots with the bow with regular arrows. so i'm not sure if this is a glitch or maybe it's some sort of boss or something so if anyone knows what it is it'd be great to know so i can stop running backwards wasting arrows on him

so i finally killed it with countless headshots and it was called a feral zombie and only dropped 2 magnum parts.

Ferals zombies have the highest HP in the game (except bear which has slightly more) and they are meant to be as sort of breaching tank - to get to your defences and damage them enough so other zombies can go in . It has 2800 HP on normal (on higher diff setting means it will be that much tougher too) this means using stone arrows on him is gonna take time - stone arrow deals damage 15-30 with head modifier of 6 you do the math ;) And they can have very rare loot/parts - but now their drop depends on your level - so if you arent expirienced they can indeed drop crapy items.

thanks for the info :) haven't played much of the alpha updates so it's almost a whole new game with the leveling system

My team and I were skirting a town killing zombie cops for ammo for awhile and as we got pushed out abit we noticed this one naked female zombie. She was the same color as a player just in her naked undies. Her animation was the shuffling of a burnt zombie.

She was immune to everything, our shots went right through her. shot her in the head, chest, and legs. nothing worked at all, no reaction to the shots, no blood splatter or zombie scream. But man, could she hit back though lol she damn near cleared my frriends Head off his sholder the first time we tested that theory out lol

But, we did what any good group of guys would do. We lured the naked female zombie all the way back to our base to show her to our female friend that was prepareing our base for the upcomming 28th night horde (Big Zombie horde). in which she unloaded 8 buckshot into her with no success ether. Soooooooo I made a cage for our new smelly naked girl zombie friend her and put her in it :)

Sad thing though, after we got hit that night with the night 28 I went to check on her cage since that was the direction the horde came from. And sadly, there was a big hole in her cage and the naked invincible girl zombie left us :(

I raise a beer to her, where ever she shuffled off to!!!

But seriously though, as far as bugs go that one was pretty damn fun to play around with :)
