Spawn Certain Quality items

Is there anyway to spawn items in with a certain quality? I want to make a Race Track for a server I play on and do not want someone to have a big advantage over the others if I cant get all the parts the same quality.

PS: I know how to keep typing in the creative menu till it reaches say good quality, but it isnt the same Quality (200-299) For ex: A 260 Quality Good engine has a Max Speed of 10.63 and Acceleration of 10.03. But a 236 Quality Good engine has a Max Speed of 10.11 and Acceleration of 9.75. And I would rather not spend hours trying to get the same quality by doing this way.

Well if you are cheating, just make a 60 toon, give yourself the stuff to make it and make all 600 parts/items...

for the non-craftables... just refresh U until you go blind

You might be able to make a lootable chest in the xml and have it spawn items with a certain quality level. I suggest to look at the mod Autozone box on the official forums in the mod folder. It will give you a hint on how to do this. You also might need to create a new loot table just for that box. Hope that helps you out.

Actually what Lions said is a good really. Just add in craftables for all the items needed in the xml and make em all 600. Will be faster than refreshing creative.

If you have admin acces you can use the following (without the < and > ) in the command console and it will put the requested item in your inventory:

giveself <itemname> <quality>

where <itemname> is name the of the item as referenced in items.xml and <quality> is a number between 1 and 600.

Already Lvl 60, since before being admin ;P

I dont have access to the server files so this is a no-go unfortunately...This is also a non modded server

Sounds like it will be refreshing creative till I find similar quality ones lol

Refreshing the menu is the easiest way to get the parts. Quickest way to do this, type out the items name in the search bar. When ever you add a new character (letter) the quality of the items on display refreshes, then delete the characters one by one, again the quality resets.

Yea I know this, was trying to find a way around that though...I need specific quality, like 350 for every engine, battery etc.
