But I heard they wanted to add them with alpha 10, and then alpha 11. So my best guess would be either Alpha 27 or 28 at the latest.

I just wanted to make some jokes. I personally don't care either way, I don't pay that much attention ;)
Just my 2 cents on the idea. While it's realistic and feasable, it's not likely that anyone will figure it out post apoc. It's a rather complex procedure.
