creating a 99% snow biome

Hey, how can i create a snow biome? or a 99% snow biome or so. Need a snow map. Tks!

You can't. At least not in the base game.

You can make it in nitro, but be aware the creator of nitro moved onto other projects and hasn't worked on it since June of 2020. Its been kept "alive" by the community over on the official forums, but at this point its subject to some problems here and there. Well it always was, but a bit more of them now.

I think Ming just said it can be done in Nitro (a third party unofficial map generator).

Use nitro, so much better than vanilla gen

Yes, when you start a new game, you have a choice of what already-made map to use (or to create a new one using the in-game generator).

You can even with original RWG, without nitrogen.
After map is generated just go to map folder open biomes.png with some editor (paint.net is fast and easy for such a simple things) and edit colors.

But yes, using nitrogen will be better anyway - you can adjust many more options and it's so much faster.

PS Remember about fuel.

Created ANY RWG you wish then just change the main .PNG to all white lmao.. Or all Yellowish or all you get the pic just make sure you use the right code for each biome.. Thats how I did all my maps like wasteland only, snow only & so on.... Oh & yes you can Gen an all what ever biome all you need to do is alter the rwgmixer file under biome gen % but doing it that way is much easier...

Yes you need to make or add new code so that stuff missing is included..

so.. we whait until update A20... yes they said we will able to manipulate bioms. The modify PNG will not work to me, its not just the snow, its the animals, the lumberjack´s, etc etc. :S

If you are making a purely snow world you better make the world either Canada or Russia themed.

If russia those zombies better be wearing ADIDAS jumpsuits and instead of laying down while sleeping theyre squatting.

If Canada, they should growl at you in the most Canadian accent with phrases such as "Oh fancy seeing you here eh? Sorry bud but we're gonna have to eat ya. No hard feelings."
