Where to find concrete mix?

in my playthrough, i still didn't find the cement mixer schematic, in loot or to the trader...
Where do i have the more chance to find some concrete mix already done?

you can learn the schematic by leveling in intelligence and advanced engineer, concrete mix can be found around construction sites or you can by from trader sometimes
But you need the cement mixer to craft the blocks anyway.
You can also find working cement mixers at the trader sometimes

You can choose the perk advanced engineering to make your own cement mixer. Traders tend to sell cement mix in small stacks, and on occasion I have seen the very small stack found in random loot. After 1200 hrs I don't know of a dependable place that drops cement mix. It's the more advanced level building material. It is possible to find a working cement mixer abroad.

To add onto this, While the cement mixer is required to craft the blocks directly, you CAN upgrade other blocks into concrete as long as you have the concrete mix. So you can upgrade, for example, a cobblestone wall into a concrete wall. Likewise, there is the Rebar Frame block that upgrades directly to reinforced concrete with concrete mix.
