Zombie Health Bar

Please give the option to turn on zombie health bar in the settings.

I noticed the only way to see the zombie health bar is while in god mode, if this is a feature already built into the game then why do we not have the option to use this feature other than in god mode?

Do you know anything about installing mods?

EDIT: At the chance of repeating things you may already know...

Make a folder named 'Mods' (without apostrophes) in your 7 Days to Die folder (easily accessed by right-clicking the game in your Steam library, select Manage -> Browse local files), and unzip the above mod into the Mods folder.

Boom - health bars for zombies.
