120 minutes days
I kind want to go to the 120m day system because I keep running out of time with 60 minute days.

The problem is I'm bored enough waiting for night to pass as it is so this would extend my boredom even longer.

What do 24 hour timer fo you guys use?

My favorite is 40 minute days but I've played with 30 minute days and enjoyed that as well. I like shorter 24 hr cycles because I can play a full day's time in a single sitting and food and water consumption seems to sync better. Also the amount of work and travel I could realistically do seems closer to these times as well. Last but not least the night time passes more quickly so I am quickly back to daytime again. The default of 50 minutes is the longest time I ever choose willingly.

U can reduce number of night time hours per day before you enter a map, just making it known although you probably have already done this.

I play 120min/day and i way prefer this way.

As for the longuer night, im never bored as i always have something to do, crafting, forging, cooking, farming, upgarding the base, putting items in the right container...

But it makes game easier too (more loot/day), so i had to adjust difficulty up.

Wouldn't doing anything outside at night be a death sentence?

20 minute days with the max setting for daylight hours.

You can just log out at 10pm and then restart with settings on 10 mins not 120 mins.

Its whips to 4am, then restart and change back to 120 mins

Yes bit of a hassle but very quick nights :)

120 minute days and 10 minute nights.

120 minute days with minimal nighttime. Still plenty of time to fire up a bunch of stuff on the forge and campfire, and sit still in sneakmode while excercising on my stepper :D This is about the only game that lets me have healthy excercise breaks.

60 minute days are actually fairly good. There's a reasonable amount of time to do things safely, that can be extended if you brave the night (or you can just mine at night).

If you're feeling masochistic, try 10 minute days. Seventh day horde comes in little over an hour and it's insanity :P
