Kann keinen neuen Charakter erstellen

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe das Problem das ich keinen neuen Char erstellen kann.
Wenn ich einen neuen erstelle sieht er immer wieder so aus wie der vorherige und dieser ist im Einzelspieler ohne Haare und auf einem Server komplett schwarz (damit meine ich nicht die Hautfarbe).
Auch die Änderung des Names wird nicht akzeptiert.Wenn ich einen Char erstellt habe und er mit gefällt klicke ich auf Speichern.Wenn ich den Char dann bearbeiten möchte oder ins Spiel gehe ist er wieder wie vorher.
Ich habe alle Dateien des Spiels schon gelöscht und nochmal neu installiert,hat nichts geholfen.
Auch habe ich etwas von einem "profile.sdk" Ordner gelesen den ich garnicht habe.
Hat irgend jemand eine Idee wo das Problem liegen könnte?

Hi Toffee, I think you will get more answers when writing your message in English. However I don't even know how to get an new profile. The only thing I noticed when starting a new game in single player, is to have a different profile with each game or a persistent, but I don't know how or where to change the looks on the character. Personally I don't play multiplayer, so I don't know how my character looks on a server.

Well i have a similiar problem like Toffee. If i create a profile in my options i cant save, i mean i can but my game does not. I noticed it when a friend of me said that i look completly black, thin and little totally not human like. Then i checked my character, complate black and all stats are 0. So i tried to edit him again but it didnt work/save at all.

Since this is first person and i dont see my character it doesnt bother me this much. Its just something i dont know how to get fixed for the poeple who actually have to see me...including the poor Zombies, they think i am one of those for sure XD...sorry got carried away for moment there :p

What i have tried:
deleting all servers(SP and MP) and Characters
reinstall the game completly
