F9 function key?

I was messing about with the function keys and noticed that th F9 key activates and makes a "menu select" sound when pressed, but I don't notice what it does in game... perplexing... any ideas?

Here's a list of all the function keys

- F3 Player Stats
- F4 Switching Windows-/Fullscreen Mode
- F5 Third Person View
- F7 UI on/off
- F8 FPS on/off
- F9 Take Screenshot (screenshots are placed in game default folder)

Did they change how the F keys work? I used to be able to use them but after going from 13.6 to 1.38 (was playing other syuff for a bit) I can no longer bring up the debug F6 Spawn menu.

Sorry, I forgot to open the console (tlide key) and turn on the debug mode (by typing dm)

F3, F5, F10-12 do nothing for me. Also the F9 screens are in jpg with very visible compression ._.

And while F7 for hiding the UI works could we please get F10 to take a hud and character free screenshot?
The reason I'm asking for this is because I've had moments where the scenery was just so beautiful that I wanted to take a screenshot but for one did I back then not know how to hide the UI and for another was there still the stupid hand in the way...

Oh and ~ is NOT the console, it's F1 (now?).
I wish ~ would become a hardcoded hands-free slot so you can have that without needing to empty one of the other 8.
