Starting a ping perfect server

My friend just ordered a ping perfect server for this game and neither of us are sure how to set it up and get it running. He doesn't have anything in the connection info in the game panel. Is there like a set time it takes to get everything set up on their end? Or are we missing something? Can't really find anything online about it.

depends on who you are with, I have bluefang and they game me the detalis for the admin panel and oversee, When i started all i had to do once bluefang got it online as just gvo to the admin and alter the xml server file, this i is the one where i can alter the game seed name amount of zeds time etc etc.Also i i have any problems i just talk to them live or use a contact support very quick help This i know is the same for other rented servers
