When you join a multiplayer server it makes a savegame for some reason. Were you joining any multiplayer servers?

Saved games are stored on your local PC.

Deleting Saved Games and Old Save Folders
In the Steam Client, Games Library
Right-Click 7 Days To Die
Select and click Properties
Select and click the Local Files tab
Click the Browse Local Files Button

Navigate to the \7 Days To Die\Data\Worlds\Navezgane folder by doing the following:
Double-click the Data folder
Double-click the Worlds folder
Double-click the Navezgane folder
If you see a folder called Saves, delete it.

Type the following into the address bar without the quotes then press enter:
'%UserProfile%\Documents'
If you see a 7 Days To Die Folder (7DTD), Right-Click the 7 Days To Die (7DTD) folder and then Click Delete

Type the following into the address bar without the quotes then press enter:
'%AppData%'
If you see a 7 Days To Die Folder (7DTD), Right-Click the 7 Days To Die (7DTD) folder and then Click Delete

That should eliminate the saves from your system.
