As for a solution, what the others have said are your best options.
Oh um I was on a tower in the wasteland like those steel one and i went to the top and placed a old bed in the corner then when I died i got stuck in the wall I eventually got out but my god it took a while
Clipping bug from where you spawned makes you fall through the world. I reccomened you eat broken glass. Really. Spawn it with the cheat menu if you have to. Take the wellness hit and respawn using "spawn near" bed roll, then place a new sleeping bag or bed elsewhere.
Thank you, Oohbetty! This was helpful.
Anyone else searching for how to fix this (at least in Single Player):
1) F1 to open the console.
2) Type "dm" to toggle on debugmode
3) Use god mode (default "Q") or fly (default "H") to move or fly out of the wall where you are stuck. If this doesn't work, press ESC and go to Controls to check your key mappings.
4) Press F1, and type "dm" a second time to toggle debugmode back off.
5) Resume your zombie hunting.
