Have you validated your files through Steam? YES
After validation, did you re-try with a brand new game? YES
Did you check the Basic Troubleshooting and Common Issues thread? YES
Sorry I went through all this and didnt find any solutions. I used search function on the spreadhseet thing in google docs and nothing came up. On the search engines I was getting other random errors from 4 or 5 years ago, completely unrelated.
Use Pastebin
All I did was paste the log file in from the app data folder.
Edit: The output log from this evening is 7.23 MB

You said you went through the troubleshoot guide and nothing worked. Let's be thorough for a moment...
1. After uninstalling 7DTD, did you go back to where the game was installed and completely delete the entire folder?
2. Did you go to C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie and delete that entire folder too?
3. Did you edit your registry and remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die and any other subsequent 7DTD keys?
4. If you used Vortex or some other mod manager for 7DTD in the past, did you uninstall/delete the 7DTD mods from there?
5. Is there a "c:\programs" folder with 7DTD content inside it? If so, did you delete that too?
6. After all of that, did you try clicking the "Reset to default settings" button in the 7DTD game folder after you installed the game again?
You did not follow all of the instructions since you are using mods and trying to launch the game using Vortex. Please remove all mods (which is the issue) and start with FULLY clean version of the game (which means doing more than just uninstall/reinstall thru steam) by using the links Sylen provided above.
Craft from containers mod is outdated and has not been updated to work for 1.0.

Remove all of your mods and then follow the instructions in the links Sylen posted to start with a FULL FRESH install of the game.
It doesn't take hours to get it working with mods. There's a mods folder right there in the game. All you have to do is put the mod(s) in it. No need for a mod manager.
I've run 7DTD with dozens of mods, all versions since A19. I routinely have at least 2 installations of 7DTD at one time (also extremely easy to do) and routinely change mods. It's the easiest game to mod that I know of. Just don't use a mod manager and that's most of the job done right there.
My guess is that the core of the problem is the Craft From Containers mod. It hasn't been updated for over 2 years and isn't compatible with A22/1.0.
There's an unofficial updated version of it, not by the original author (though the updater goes out of their way to explicitly credit the original modder - it's not simply a ripoff). Whether or not you use it is up to your own sense of what's ethical and what isn't regarding the use of mods.
