Yeah Im disappointed with this update. Cant dye it or anything to make it unique. I personally hate it. Makes no difference though how disappointed I am, once mods are out here in a bit, I'll end up breaking 10,000+ hours ingame. This game will always be my first love I just hate how it feels like it goes 2 steps forward then 5 back. I still trust their vision and believe it will get better just disappointed with this...
I mostly wear a mix of nerd, biker, and hunter while roaming around. I don't care about full set bonuses, at least the full set bonus for the nerd outfit is sort of pointless to me.
Back at base I can switch to farmer, hunter, scavenger, etc depending on what I am doing around base.
Yes, it's a little tedious, but I like the idea that I can have all these bonuses without having to spend pts in a perk tree. It's actually super cool.
Is it normal i cannot see what the stats are at the workbench? if you write armor you can see all of them, but you cant see the stats.. its not normal
I do not (but sort of do).
Even though the books make it feasible to run medium or heavy armor, I generally stick to a mish mash of light armor. The types may change somewhat based on character build, but usually include a loot bonus, more inventory slots, a melee damage bonus, and a run speed/stamina regen bonus.
I do keep a looted Farmers Outfit and Farmer Boots in the farming storage crate for harvesting bonuses.
I will also keep looted Miner armor for a dedicated mining session. I seem to salvage enough resources for day to day operations and very rarely have a dedicated mining session. Buying cobble and cement from traders is pretty efficient and inexpensive.
