I've been looking on YouTube but couldn't really find anything actually usefull.
Can someone please tell me how to do it ?

Take off everything that qualifies as clothes.

Then walk around the winter biome.

Thats how I got the thing by litterally freezing my nuts off.

you also need to do what the Polar bear club does.

so you have to freeze your nuts off naked while wet

Get cold.
Get wet.

There is the possibility that the achievement may not work in the current version. Let us know if it unlocks.

I don't know if it works in Alpha 21, because I unlocked it in Alpha 20 and can't test it now. I got it by removing all items of clothing in the snow zone and walking into a lake. It popped almost instantly when I went into the water. Make sure you haven't used any items of food or drink that increase protection against cold (i.e. Yucca Juice Smoothies).

It's easy enough to get, I waited till it was the second last achievement to get before going for it. Wanted to see if it would pop on it's own while playing (also forgot about it) literally walk into a winter biome naked, jump in water and bang. You got it.
