What is going on with the awful zombie animations?

-Zombie spinning smack attack
-zombie sudden crouching leg slap
-zombie speed burst double hand slap
-zombie tripping slap

These attacks are ridiculous and almost impossible to avoid or predict. It also doesn't help that the smack animations don't line up with the damage dealt. I have played this game for hundreds of hours but I think these wacky attack animations are getting annoying especially on insane difficulty. When will it be time to overhaul the combat?

Some of it is an aggressive reaction to being hit. Some of it is some kind of increased difficulty. And some of it, wonky code. Some or all of the above.

Some kind of increased diffuculty. Meh. That´s such a dissapointment. Instead of being able to have more zombies they have to do this so crossplay can happen. It´s a shame.

Don´t care about crossplay usually, it´s fine if it´s there, but when it leads to things like this, then please no crossplay.

And yes, more zombies would be a problem for consoles. They struggle in T5´s. It´s old hardware that wasn´t top of the line back then.

Agreed, an option for zombie populations seems a good fit, glad I thought of it.
