Of cause Random Gen Worlds are limitless, like in Minecraft.
It is optional to make them limited and to generate radiated areas this way.
The only way to have RWG become infinite (as it was prior ro A13) is to edit the .xml files.
"As of A13, Random World Generation has Nuclear barriers which you can not cross alive . Default is 10k from 0,0 coordinates on your map, but it is adjustable in the game's XML Files."
IT HAPPENED! :D
