Giveself command for skill points

I had my game crash and when I rebooted I was level one and had lost all my items. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal because I could giveself xp for my level and creative menu my items back, but I also lost all my wellness and my skill points I had acquired through playing the game. Does anyone know the command for giving myself my skill points back that I got while leveling skills in the game? I know when I level up from giveself xp I will get the level up skill bonus points, but I still want to get the points I had gotten from every day scavenging, tool smithing, etc

Yes. Read the OP. I was talking about skill points

You can edit the progression.xml file. Set it to give as many skill points as you like when you next level up. 10, 15, 1000, or more. Then exit the game and re-edit it back down to what you want or default.

for example: giveselfskillxp Construction Tools 100000 works 100% Only one level for each time u enter is a bit boring.
U need to type the skill as it is in the list: Steel Smithing and not steel smithing.

giveselfskillxp Chemistry Station 100000 is not working for me.... dont know why

(sorry for late reply, maybe it will help someone else) Chemistry Station is actually called "ChemStationPerk" when using that command. For the people trying to use the Shotgun Shell Crafting, that one is "shotgun Shell Crafting" (with the lowercase first s) had to go through the XML's to find this stuff as i just hit a wall with the commands. Super annoying that them two are not as they seem making the normal commands impossible. (again sorry for bringing this thread back up, google brought me here, and maybe will help someone later) Later!
