I randomly have an FPS counter at the side of my screen, how do i disable it?

I know a lot of people find this helpful i just find it a tad distracting, it wasn't there when i was playing last night, booted my game up just now and its there :/

in game
drop down for the fps counter - set it to none

If you activated the one in game it will be the F8 key.

F9 is in game screenshot...which I would buy 2 copies of the game at full price for them to remove...

I know because I always hit it instead of F8 for the in game FPS counter and have to go delete a screenshot.

Before I knew and when I was using it as my push to talk...imagine my surprise to find out why my HDD was shrinking at such as fast pace, lol.

Really arent many free keys that do nothing mostly everywhere, F9 is one...please give it back TFPs!

Steam overlay causes issues with performance in some games, so I dont use it.

My main complaint was with the F9 being used for Screens anyways...
