Forged Iron confusion...
How do you make forged iron? I have a forge + clay and an anvil (not sure if anvil does anything for this or not) But it says the components to make Forged Iron is Clay + Iron? The required Iron looks exactly the same as the scrap iron icon.. but scrap iron does not work and neither does iron fragments. Where is this Iron and how do I get it?

You need to load clay and some iron (scrap or fragments) into the forge. Turn it on and let it run for a while burning wood or coal. Then you will be able to start creating forged iron from the inventory listed insdie the forge.

the anvil is required for making iron arrowheads in the forge. Make sure it is put in the anvil slot on the top of the forge screen. And as said before, you have to wait a little after putting the ressources in the 2 slots. there are numbers with the amount, that you can use for crafting items in the forge. For example you have "feeded" the running forge already with 100 units of iron and 200 units of clay, the number is shown how much of them you can work with. On the left side you see what recipes you can make/smelt now. Notice, you can "feed" the forge with ressources and smelt items at the same time. You can run the forge putting in crushed Sand for making Glass jars while you "smelt" forged iron. It just requires enough units of ressources already being in the forge to work with them.

Alright I think I understand it now. I'll give it a shot! Thanks.
