It's not similair to 7days at all though other than it being a PvE game that lets you craft, build, and fight enemies.

It'll probably be worth getting whenever it's FINALLY complete though...I plan on replaying it once it's content complete.
Ever beat the Wall of Flesh and enter Hardmode? Fight the mech bosses your first time? Tackle the Lunatic Cultist and the Moonlord? Terraria is very tense once you get past the basics.
Starbound isn't tense at all though, I agree.
Sure those things are fun to do. But you choose to do them and have a tense fight. There is so constant common threat. (I played a lot of Terraria and had a blast with it.) But lets not get to Offtopic, it was just my opinion.
This one is pretty tense with having to keep everything lit up, kind Terreria meets Pitch Black...
the fighting system to me is its its biggist flaw and its not worth playing unless you download the mod from forums. but it does so many other things right that other games fail at. eveything can kill you and it semi pema death. you keep about 3d of your learning points, and keep your base. sill you've lost weeks worth levaling......unless your teamed up with somone who put in all his skills farming/cooking, someone eles job is etc. oh and killing a other player, stealing from other player you need to learn the skill and best of all you can learn a skill to track down the person's spawn point force the character to spawn in front of you and kill it.

As far as I know that game has no building or PvE in it. I intend to purchase it myself in the future. Correct me if I am wrong too please. I would assume if right however, that this is why it was not mentioned.
