Antibiotics?? Can't find any

Recently started playing and enjoying the game but cant seem to find any antibiotics? I'm just getting more and more infected.

Tree stumps have a chance for honey. Also dig quests have a chance of spawning meds in the container.

Tree stumps have a small chance for Honey (useful for low levels of infections), Look for Pop N pills or similar locations such as Medical boxes/ first aid kits for a better chance at finding some in loot.

As they said, tree stumps can in time to time give honey, that cures a small percentage of infection.

For proper medical supplies, loot Pop n' Pills stores/hospitals, check medical cabinets/boxes or check the trader, occasionaly they sell antibiotics and give a stack of 10 as potential reward. Trader Jen ( i think it's the name of that trader ) usually has the biggest medical supplies

Tree stumps you'll see the easyest way in the burned district.

Another way to get on, is to check all mercenarys, anyone will have honey, natural antibiothics or medical antibiothics.
But I've died after 7days some times also.

medical supply - Chests you can find near the streets - they consider two or more antibiothics normally. But they're painted in camouflage, so you'll have to look exactly in green districts. Easyer theyr find in burnded districts.

There is a book that gives you 5% chance to harvest honey from ANY tree you chop down.

Just jump from tall buildings or let zombies kill you

Chew some glass and respawn.

Check every trash, trashcan, dumpster. Also wear some armor, and use guns. You wont get hurt as much = less infections.
