7dtd is not the best crafting game ever made.

It's also not the worst crafting game ever made.

hee hee I'm so Controversial.

Next I'm going to make a post about how a different crafting game has a better feature... So I can listen to people go off about every reason that game sucks. <3

It's the lack of nuance that is maddening. I have been on the internet to know better than to expect it, but crafting game communities. (basically all of them) are SO INCREDIBLY DEFENSIVE of their game of choice.

Everything, really. Game, genre, specific mechanic, specific texture, specific-rwg-mechanism, specific weapon type, specific. . . People're, by and large, just defensive and hostile towards any hate towards anything they care about.

People tend to react when someone they don't know comes and slaps everyone in the face... I wonder why they're so "hostile" against new people. Hmm...

Hum... By knowing today all survival/craft/building game have all nearly the same craft/recipe... Like at the start always need stone, wood, grass...

Even if the UI craft is different for all game, the mechanism craft is the same, need add/have some items to craft...

It's not to offend you, but maybe you wanted so said to want a easy simple craft like all survival/craft/building game for children ? Because that's exist if you want...

& more, maybe you prefer the crafting from Ark or Conan Exile or Rust or whatever, but the the basic principle of crafting is always the same & in function of both, it's on purpose to up/down time we lost in game...

& at the same example for what you said, I will said all other survival/craft/building game have the most worst building xDDD

Yup. It's alway the same thing.
- new person posts on the forum about how bad something is
- people tell him how they think such thing isn't so bad if you look from another angle or try to do it another way
- new peson starts shouting insult at everyone not part of his echo chamber
- thread gets locked because it was just a flame war going to happend from the very first post anyway
