Level cap and perk point limit for 1.0 release?

Wanted to know what the level cap is and perk points limit is for this 1.0 release. I got a feeling it's going to cap out and prevent maxing everything.

I believe that level cap is 300 which should give you 304 total perk points as I don't think you get more than one per level except for your first level up which i've always gotten 4.

I have not hit 300 but have hit maybe 150ish before and I was just throwing points all over the place I had so many.

I don't think it has changed, as above.

I'm currently level 132 and I'm running out of things I *want* to spend the points on though. Sure, maxing out everything would be 'nice', but nothing to worry about, imho. :)
