Why the UI looks like ass?

This game UI is the ugliest looking UI i ever seen and i have seen some videogames from NES to PS5 at least 300 games + , i can make a better UI with just a piece of paper ,a pencil and 30 minutes.

Its worst than basic, it also uses the least interesting grey color you can ever found in the pallet of RGB. I mean steam UI from 2010 looked better, i mean... this platform that came BEFORE the game even was ever conceive was STILL prettier than 7 days to die´s UI.

Hell lets even compare it to dead space from 2008, the UI from Dead space (2008) has transparency ... OH LORD THE FUTURE, and looks like it floats in front of the player, 7 days to die looks like an uglified excel spreadsheet put in front of the screen. It doesn't even have an animation transition or anything, its just ON - OFF - ON - OFF.

I´ve seen 3 days old sandwich more interesting than 7 days to die artistic presentation.
How can the devs have the balls to put this game in 1.0 (COMPLETED) while the interface looks worst than a COBOL bank desktop program from 1962... you devs have some courage i will give you only that...

Look, the game has only been in development for 10 years. You can't expect QOL in that short amount of time, not when there's bugs to be fixed, server issues to be fixed, hitboxes to be fixed...

I didnt insult, i just made a factual statement, now you like the UI, but again there are people who fancy some human feces in the morning, im not a judge, but 99.9% of human race prefer more eatable food, case in point , you like 7 days ugly as funk UI, 99.9% human race have seen better UI in a NES game or PS1

I disagree. Could it work better? Look better? Probably. But it's functional.

If you have such a problem with it maybe code a better one and release it as a mod.
I've seen some mods before that looked better but honestly it's not a big deal.

waiting for the pencil and paper UI you promised that somehow looks better then digital and time yourself drawing it in 30 mins too. UI looks just fine for this game.

Im not paid to make an UI, they are , i just said i am more capable , or ANYONE for that matter, is capable of making a better UI, than this "on discount from wish" looking UI

thank you , finally someone with common sense... i like the game but honestly the game looks really really bad, if 7 days to die 1.0 came out in 2005 i STILL would´nt call it next gen, in terms of graphics... Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind from SNES looks better.

You clearly haven't read any of MY posts. This is far from my favourite game, I've been ripping on A21 and V1.0 pretty hard. I went back and read your whole post. I think we can all agree that the UI isn't the best out there but jester bait has to be subtle to be effective. You took it way too far, came in way too hot. Tone it down next time and maybe you'll catch a few.

You dont understand, i dont suffer from it, we all do , you just dont notice it, but if you critique a videogame , if we all critique videogames in a fair, devs would be more incline to produce better videogames, but some people just like you , are fanatics , and will eat what ever they produce.
