My sub-par-by-comparison ryzen cpu is yet to "explode" from playing 7dtd.
Ur right when i have time ill post a link with image on it
I have been posting this for a while now when people bring up ♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance and mention that they are on a newer Intel CPU.
I'll enjoy myself some humble pie while I give thanks for having a sub-par ryzen cpu lol
Intel is not saying anything because they dont want to be legally on the hook for replacing all these defective parts.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clown world when your best legal defense is not to say anything. "Sir, we did not know.". Pretty much what happened to me after being poisoned, everyone just acted like it wasnt possible and they didnt want to hear anything because they didnt want to help me. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ western society is a ♥♥♥♥ hole.
it's a little of both.. the cpus are experiencing accelerated degradation *(under stock settings). meaning they can't hold the same boost clock they used to without having instability/crashing/blue screens that's a far cry from dying or exploding. they still function. however the average user is probably not savvy enough to go into bios and dial down the boost clock.
AMD may not have the Hyperthreading and Energy saver thread controller. But they make up for it with pure power.
Save some trouble googling how to stabilize how to optimize Intel stuff. Just order or drive down to a Best Buy and get a better chip. and Good thermal paste.
and
If your afraid of popping open your stuff and doing it yourself.... Google Jayz 2 Centz. or Linus Tech Tips. Look up there numerous how to vids on every single set up and every single chip thats out there.
The hardware scheduling issue was only present in the early days of 12th gen in some games and 7d2d wasn't even one of them.
Forcing against defaults of the hardware such as this and core parking on 12,13 and 14th gen will just detiorate performance.
although you can experience perfomance boost by disabling HT or SMT if you have 6 or more physical cores since this game has very limited multithreading and tasks always get shuffled into these parallel threads
What I have started to experience all of a sudden after one GPU Driver patch is No Signal from graphics card. Never happened before, now just started to happen. One driver update came after I reported the issue to Nvidia, it made it a little better and Ive only experienced no signal once after that but definitely not alright yet, and its most likely the drivers causing it because the PC worked fine up to the point of one update in GPU drivers.
You been living under a rock? :D
Back on topic, anyone still buying Intel gets what they deserve tbh, they are still in oh ♥♥♥♥ mode after keeping everyone on 4 cores due to lack of innovation for 10+ years and now getting spanked by AMD for the next 10+ years :D
