Why Update during the Weekends?
Why Update during the Weekends? You know - that time when many people use the only available free time they have to indulge in a little innocent fun.

My guess is that unlike the traditional weekend at the fun pimps with the projected release being in 5 days they are actually in the office and having to work this weekend.

First yall complain the update is on Monday, and not Friday, and now you complain because it is on Friday.

Why complain about when updates to an **UNSTABLE** EXPERIMENTAL Build drop?
You were warned ahead of time.

Because they have no life as to we do.

Updates belong on mondays or tuesdays so that hot fixes for the bugs they created can come on wednesday or thursdays so we can enjoy our weekend playing.

Also they don't consider that when things go wrong with their updates and messes up the servers that the corresponding server providers are on a weekend skeleton crew!

Maybe waiting until Monday would have given them the time to test the Update and not have to issue a patch for it, straight after !

Releases a patch this quick is good however there no info what was in the patch!

Um this is Saturday the patch/update says today! In 15 minutes in someplaces in the world it will now be Sunday!

Um this is Saturday the patch/update says today! In 15 minutes in someplaces in the world it will now be Sunday!
Friday night counts as a weekend. At least, it does when you guys complain about not getting the update when Streamer Weekend starts.
Also note that there were two updates just yesterday, which happens to be a Friday.

They released an update then long after a close to 4 gb hotfix to the just released update. At that time there was no info of what was in the 4gb release!

He has a point though. When TFP releases a new version on a Monday, people complain that they should have done it on the weekend when they could have played it - because they don't want to wait until next weekend.

Basically, no matter what anyone does, they will never please everyone.

Unless you are on dial-up I don't see much of a problem here considering this is a test branch.

It is 11:56 am saturday the update says Today it does not say friday in the library for me.

You are in the US as well as me! So why does it say Today! Saturday 1:06am post!

Really does not matter does it!

I never once complained about the streamer weekend. I have run servers for over 3 years for other games and streamer weekends are a necessary part of the bug testing since now you have a larger group to test what was just released and bugs/glitches can be found on a much larger quicker scale!
