Acid in V1 ?

Have they changed how to get acid in V1 ? I am on around day 60 and have only found 3, been looking , sinks,cars,bins,etc.

you get it from scrapping cars once you have the corresponding special perk book otherwise its rather rare in loot overall. pois like judie witch etc. have a decent chance of giveing one from all the chem stations in the basement etc.

Ive gotten quite a few from random trash piles. I am a loot goblin though, and strip POIs completely clean before i move on....

Trash piles are king now. I've gotten legendary parts, acid, books, tons of materials (mining? I hardly need to mine anymore, outside of extra large projects), seeds, etc. out of them. Those that ignore general looting in favor of rushing to big box POI loot are missing out. :D

But in general, I don't think acid has changed much. I still find it occasionally in all the usual places besides random trashbags, and one isn't going to find oodles of it. It's still somewhat rare, and random is random as they say.

I went into a house labeled "somename cartel" and inside there I found 5 acid in a small chem workstation.
