It's in the grafix option of 7 days game
1) Turn down object quality a bit - model does a subpar job of LODing things, yet.
2) Do NOT turn off Occlusion. It is an optimization feature.
3) You might want to tone down texture filtering.
4) You might want to turn off dynamic reflections if you see that your GPU is struggling.
I had a similar issue with Factorio and Linux. For some reason letting OBS record the gameplay, even on lowest quality, fixed Nvidia's broken Linux drivers that were rendering the window black(No longer an issue, in case you want to know).
I tried the Dynamic Mesh idea and it worked, but only when I completely quit out of the game and loaded it back up and then it was smooth. I turned the graphics back up too and it ran fine until about a couple of hours into the game and then the jitters came back.
But I'm not bothered. I won't be playing it again, because I still don't like the direction this game has taken in terms of gameplay mechanics and balance. It's not fun anymore. Alpha 15 is still the version of it I preferred.
