How Do You Redeem The Second Key From a 2 Pack Purchase?

A while back when there was a Steam sale, I purchased a 2 pack of keys. One key got used when I installed the game, but I can't figure out where to claim the 2nd key. I think I remember seeing something about it when I purchases it, but that was 4 years ago. Does anyone know how to claim it? - Thanks.

I think the second copy is in your steam inventory and I think you have to gift it to someone, I dont think you get the actual key, just the option to gift it.
