I suggest asking the modding community to change the appearance of the pistol to a dual wield version, if that doesn't already exist for 1.0
cant be anymore idiotic than drinking water to put out a fire or being able to not take fall damage from greater high because you happen to have 5000 bronze coins in your pocket or the fact i can carry 30ish diff weapons full of ammo that should require an entire truck to hold or carrying a dump trucks worth of stone and ore without being crushed under its weight... its a game so even if its idiotic irl that has no bearing in a game if its done right
Sure...and then we should miss with almost every shot past a couple of metres.
I get the "it looks cool onscreen" thing. But it doesn't. It just looks foolish. It's like dual-wielding longswords or the swirly-twirly dancing while holding swords that's often passed off as sword fighting. Or the people hacking away at each other's swords that's often passed off as sword fighting. Or the "schwwiiiinnng!" noise whenever a blade is drawn. Etc, etc.
Counterpoint: it looks cool
I'd love to have it. It's a silly game anyway sooo... why not?
Welcome to the 7dtd forums, where realism doesn't matter until it affects a game mechanic you care about.
In the long run, your accuracy will go down and you will waste a lot of bullets. Works for me, go for it!
You animate the hands rising up as both clips drop from the pistols. Hands go below field of view. *noises* guns return fully loaded.
It's like you think dual wielding and it's unrealistic nature has never been addressed in video games lol.
