I think when you find the answer you seek, the tangential information you also glean will leave you feeling poorly. I dont wish that on you, but it'll happen. I will shorten that experience for you.
TFP's Robert Dishong probably designed that and has since been killed in a car accident.
A little too difficult for you, eh?
while it's not my fav tier 5 it doesn't suck at all.
So... just your opinion.
--- and FYI everyone, vanity tower was more enjoyable, just saying lol...
ok my bad G
am "too" good at the game sun...
end game is no match for SMG+AR extended mag combo with supreme kiting ability / john wick tactical specialist
The only fact here is that this comment is your opinion :)
try vanity ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tower on insane nightmare.... SO ....MANY...... COPS. ....and all radiated of course. and so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trigger rooms you need to walk into to spawn things in. dishong is straight forward compared just takes long to do. when i was done with vanity the cop hordes had blown holes into the tower at all sides. the whole thing looked like it might come down soon. they even managed to drain the damn pool to the outside from below because of screamers that keept comeing.
and then there is everyones favorite ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ :
navezgane county "spawn in hordes because a door was opened" jail.
that thing is the worst tier 6 infestation no contest currently.
the factorys are okisch but jeebus the zombies are just all over the damn thing so you run around looking for the spawn triggers.
dishong is tame and straight forward compared to these. the worst in it are the fps drops.
havent even been there in 100h+, maybe i have just didn't notice / realise it heh,
and only getting gyro now ^^
honestly it is also very clear different area's are meant for different stages off progression; as different things are important. (wastedland is plague in a truck, it gets destroyed in no time by all the debri etc. as example).
bikes->just move from a->b only getting what you need to get X
trucks->stacking a lot off resources for base building, weapon and ammo stacking, etc.
gyro->i expect that's for when you got everything +-, full base, full gear, all resources etc. so now you just need mobility to gain very specific things or travel to specific traders etc. to get those last solar-cells to switch from battery driven to sun driven setups.
i do enjoy that you get what needed for the stages;
when that is said i WISH inventory space off all vehicles and personal inventory was 40-80% larger; as even using a truck, a drone, and max inventory space i have to micro manage my loot and throw away most off it, or do constant small runs to a temp storage base (which for some reason i haven't done much at all... i have a need like a starving squall to store ALL my Nuts in ONE big comfy Castly built base ^^
..
i wish however these types off games would finally move to a "dmg reduction" system for higher tier materials;
meaning "you can't hurt steel at all with your fleshy hands, literally the DR is so high nothing you do will dmg it with your flashy body; even given a pickaxe you would literally destroy your arms before making a hole through a 10inch steel hatch...
so constantly seeing just higher EHP is... its kinda depressing when seeing some zombie just headbutt it untill the steel magically give in to the "hardness" off skin,flesh and bone... ..
never liked that and it bugs me that i have to care that one zombie is slowly eating a hole through my 3 layers off double steel walls; while i do other stuff around my "castless"...
on the other hand; what's up with explosives and block dmg? seriously grenades, gasoline barrels etc. exploding in buildings does no dmg to the blocks where as they should destroy a lot in comparison to everything else we got going for us ^^
(if you set max block dmg for players; shotgun on wood feels absolutely amazing and allow you to shoot zombies through objects and walls; which is not just realism but super cool).
also; it's weird to me to see the iron-bars, fences etc. have the tech to take up only a portion off the block and allow for proper collision; and then see every material making walls be a meter thick wall; it really should reflect the width which makes sense; especially since clearly the tech is already there ^^
not a big deal; but would love to see that change ^^
looking forward to the "tier 6 stuff tho"
Tier 5 Infection still does work fine for solo play since Infection quest always use a one tier lower POI. So a Tier 5 Infection quest will be in a Tier 4 POI.
But yeah, everything above that or normal Tier 5 quests are not worth it solo.
