What kind of mind would create this would now spend 2x more time doing tasks as you play with 1 friend and 10x when you play with 10 people.
Each of us now has to do quests separately because shared quests don't count. Each of us has to do our own 10 quests which gives me when I play with a colleague 20 quests. This is sick.

no, this system pretty good. i played with other friends too and we liked it plus the trader nerf is awsome

That's 30 missions for everyone to get a bike as opposed to 10. You'd have to do three missions per turn in as opposed to one.
The way it is in 1.0, it's probably easier to have one player spec into Grease Monkey and just build the bikes for everyone else. Also, can't forget to spec into Lockpicking for the early Forge.

This is exactly what our Co-op did. We worked together on T1 quests, but 1 person read all vehicle books and spec'd into Grease Monkey, they made the bikes, and minibikes way before we were done with T1 quests. Then we took Gatherer mods as our Trader reward instead of the bikes.

Only the starting digging quest is not shared, all the other ones i could share with my group and my groep shares with me.

I guess I don’t see OP’s problem. If the only thing you care about is blasting through to tier 5, then sure, it was nerfed. However, you can still do quests as a group and everyone still gets exp and loot. The literal only thing not shared is the tier progress. I play with a group of 4 others and we just each grab a quest, knock them each out as a group, get 5 quests worth of rewards, share the spoils and then do it again. We actually get to craft gear before earning it as a reward so crafting skills feel useful again. I’m not sure why rushing to endgame missions is your goal here when you can reach that level of gear and such just from all the mags you get as rewards from tier 1-2.

The problem is simple, his playing methode have been made weaker. Nothing more.
-> his group did every quest together (even tier1/2) and he was wondering why the team need now 30 quests to level up ALL persons...

Like if you weaken an OP item and people can no longer use it to kill everything that isn't on a tree at 3
