either 1.0's performance is off the charts, or this guy is too rich for his own good; paint me as jealous if applicable, but this is just... cheesey as all f.... 99.99% of players can only dream of getting this kind of performance even on sufficient hardware.
without playing with integration, he has q5 and q6 gear on day 20... on top of his "1%er"-level fps count...
Like wtf, this is literally the most bizarre combination of performance-beyond-average-expected-experience alongside how-the-f-are-you-that-well-geared-before-your-3rd-horde i have ever seen
That shouldn't result in the actual FPS being double or triple the displayed FPS. The whole point of fake frames is to inflate the displayed FPS, not deflate it.
It's possible that the OP's eyeball estimate of the FPS of a game they've seen gameplay footage of is wrong. Or that they're watching the video at >1x speed.
It's deadset nuts.
Given that the staggering majority of people playing on medium to high end equipment routinely point out major performance issues... this guy is streaming and somehow playing at well over 100 fps...
like... what, the ever living, ♥♥♥♥.
either he menu'd that ♥♥♥♥ in or something's well beyond broken aside from his insane performance.
the major point of all this isthe effing crazy, well beyond average, performance he's getting.
Bloke is playing the game on a damn super computer.
Vas majority of players will never come close to this kind of performance and sweatlording. Bloke's too rich for his own good and forgive my bias/jealousy, should not be allowed to misrepresent the expected experience the way he is; this guy is making a mockery of the game.
7 Days to Die has VERY intensive single-core requirements depending on what settings you decide to toggle up and what you are doing.
If you feel like it, try going through each setting and check how it affects your FPS. Of course, playing with the settings won't help much if someone is playing on a severely outdated/underpowered/misconfigured system. But, I'm pretty sure you can find some kind of medium ground where you get acceptable FPS while keeping the game looking decent.
Most somewhat Succesful Streamers will have a High End Rig.
But the Reason his Game is Running so Smoothly is likely that he is using a Frame Cap.
The Human Eye cant really tell apart 60 or 100 FPS. But it is extremely Sensitive to Sudden Changes.
So if the FPS drop from 100 to 60 FPS suddenly. We will notice it.
Using a Frame Cap on 60 FPS but in exchange having no Large FPS Drops and effectively Running this 40-60 FPS Range consistently. Makes it look much more Smooth to the Human Eye than if it kept Jumping between 120 and 40 FPS.
