anyone has info on it link/thread etc ?
i'm eastern time
and that speculation is rooted more in the fact Steam tends to do updates (for any reason) around 1-2pm EST
Either in 2016 or 2017, around Thanksgiving, my son came to me and handed me a game disk. He smiled and said "try this zombie game. I think you will like it. "
I only knew the title. I load it up and had to take the first few moments hitting all the buttons to find out what did what. I had no instructions for bed roll and I don't think there were traders then either. Needless to say, I wandered around in my underwear for a bit, trying to figure out how things worked, where I needed to stay etc. I was trying to build a tree house as my first night approached, the darkness quickly making it hard to see. Thats when I heard the growl. I turned and in the light from my torch I saw the zombie running at me. I literally screamed and began running. Panic set in, at every turn in the darkness they were there, hungry and screaming. I ran all night long. Needless to say , I didn't venture out after dark any longer. I never came across a house or a town, I had pretty much stayed close to where I had spawned. I built myself a nice little square box to hide in during the nights to stay alive. Then , six days later I was making my way home. Had stayed out late but was holding my own. I heard a scream and the eye turned wide. "why is the sky red" I wondered. Then I saw them. OMG so many and they were running so fast. Thankfully, I was close to home and quickly darted indoors. The zombies began to beat down the walls, ripping out the windows. I quickly destoryed a block and climbed upon the roof using a ladder and stared in horror as the masses of undead were ripping my house out from under me.
Just then I heard a laugh at my door. My son is chuckling and asked if I was ok since he could hear my screams of agony on the other side of the house." A post that hit my nostalgia on the head. 2k hours and getting ready for 2k more! Greatest game
Its 24th June 16:00 in my timezone so we should be within 24 hours right?
Anyone know an exact time?
Looks like possibly something to do with clipping. His character insta-died on a ladder, and I watched it happen during his stream as he was climbing a somewhat steep mountain.
Within 24 Hours is a Safe Assumption.
If I remember right Fun Pimps are Based in Eastern US. So it should be around 23:00 for them right now.
So for them its still the 23rd June.
Assuming they open Shop at 8:00 or 9:00 its going to be 10 Hours before the Devs come Online.
Assuming they all Work the same Hours and have an Hour for Lunch that would mean the Experimental will Drop anywhere between 10 and 19 Hours from now.
So for You its likely gonna be the 25th of June between 2:00 and 11:00.
That being Said. Wether they Really Run an Update on the Experimental before Pushing it out. And if they do wether they try to Fix as many things as Possible thus basicly only Pushing it out at the End of their Workday is a Question I cannot Answer.
Thats something they likely got a Plan for but have not Shared.
My Guess would be it will Release in about 12-14 Hours.
We don't know what the exact time the 1.0 update will drop other than it is supposed to be today, Monday, June 24th; so, yes. Anytime in the next 24 hours.
The 1.0 Experimental is for everybody on Steam and is NOT limited according to the schedule and official release notes.
