Server, serverconfig.xml. where art thou?

I have a server with plugpayplay but i can not find the serverconfig.xml file in any folder on the server. I want to find the control panel port so i can have a interactive online map.

Any help locating or explaining where i can copy and paste one into the server files would be very gratefully received!

Normally when you open file manager from the place your are renting your server the config save folders should come up, i use bluefang and their help when neeeded is 2nd to none

i have gone through every folder and there is no serverconfig.xml

You may need to ask your server people with the contact option, most rented servers have one your should have something like this:-
7dtd server data folder
data
appcache
config
logs
saves
ALL xml for altering my server data like zeds time etc is in my config dir

Or maybe you need to get in touch with them as missing dir does happen from time to time and they would make sure they mshow up again

I've used plugpayplay.

They let you modify that file on their site. Login and go to game services.

Its the "Configuration Files" icon.

They call the file "config.xml"

Click it and you can modify everything about it on the site.

Val i want to find the control panel port so i can add my server on the live map website

The Telnet/Web Details button, I believe, will tell you the webcontrol details - including what the port is set to.

Whats the current icon pack and is there a links . Im haveing problems with 7d2dlauncher and WOW Ravenhearst and a few more that use your icon pak . I matched both my server and steam account but still have blank icons ,

If you have questions about Valmod or Ravenhearst then the best way to get answers is to go to the mod author's website or discussion thread and ask there. This is a two-year old topic that Valmar helped out on...two years ago. He's not going to get notification on it most likely or come back to check it.
