No creative mode, suvivor mode, I crafted them because I didn't know how to make a block with rebar at the forge.

Ok, not sure what I'm missing then. I can only see how to make half blocks. The only way I can see to make whole blocks is with a rebar frame. How do I make them otherwise?
Probably won't make much difference though, I have so much iron and rocks that I can make a huge amount of rebar frames and concrete mix. It's amazing how much rocks and iron you collect over 57 days of digging a mine shaft. I mean I only dig it at night, but stil...
If i remember correctly whan you have a cement bucket you can make full concrete blocks. Could have changed. Anyway, now that they jave made all blocks members of the "upgrade path" you can make upgrade anything all the way to steel. I love that because I used to use hse small "old wood poles" but they always stayed as wood. now you can upgrade them so you don't need to worry what kind of blocks can i make with this material. Mostly all of them, if i remember correctly (dont have the recepie on current game) aven cement. :)
Yeah, I still cannot figure out how to make a whole block. But that's ok becuase I'm making them with rebar frames and upgrading them.
How long do they last when zombies smack them. I used them for a portion of a ceiling for a bit of extra headroom.
I think I tried to put two 1/2 together but the second wouldnt place even if you chose the complementary orientation. Minecraft did that and they looked cute.
Not sure how long they last. This is my first concrete, but after I upgraded them, I think it was showing like 3000 when I smacked on with a pick. Not sure what that means in terms of zombie hits.
Yeah, you're right, you cannot stack two halfs together. And I see no way to make an actual whole concrete block without using rebar frames.
put some concrete in your backpack, click the concrete, then up top click recipes, it will only list 1 recipe - concrete block.
i suspect you are trying to make them in the forge, use your packpack.
Ah, ok, thanks.
