No Chrysanthemum
I am not able to find Chrysanthemum in the forest and plains biomes ever since patch 13.8 came out. Are they still in the game?

I saw them on my game server. I had to grab some real quick. They are located in some green grass forest area. When you see purple flowers then you will find them.

They are the red flowers like the lavender ones, not in the plains they grow in the grass in any forest

No they don't. Chrysanthemum do not grow in PIne forests.

Think cwaldie meant the regular rolling hills and plains forested area, not the pine barrens forests

Official website is saying forest biomes and plains biomes, i guess the official devs would know best ;)

To be more clear - it appears only in the maple-tree forests. Lighter green on the area map - the bigger, fatter, more leafy trees.

I have yet to see it in the plains biomes at all since 13.0.
The official wiki is rather out of date in many respects - people don't update it nearly as often, as fast.

They are all over the place. If you can't find them, you have a bad seed. Regenerate a new world with a different seed
