Set texture quality to Half if you lag and stutter a lot.
It helped me greatly on my "not so great" PC ^^
But yea some optimization happening eventually would be really appreciated.
So, which one is it?
It shouldn't be unplayable unless your hardware is really old, I wouldn't think.

I highly advise the boot.cfg changes, you will see these all on by default in a lot of unity games to help with performance. This game doesn't for some reason.
AMD Fluid Motion Frames adds frame generation at the driver level for 6xxx Series cards and up. Makes a crazy difference on horde nights with loads of zombies, tested on a bunch of systems. Pretty much doubles your FPS, it's meant to add input lag but it's not noticeable unless you're getting really low FPS.
The source code for the FSR 3 FG has been released now also, just needs to be implemented into the game for everyone to use it on pretty much any GPU.
Hopefully it's added for everyone , it's a completely new experience cranking so many more zombies into the game and having it run at like 150-200 FPS with everything maxed out during a blood moon or in the city

Waiting for Unity to fully implement FSR. It's only partially done currently, but the devs are looking forward to adding it.
That's great news! Thanks for the info.
