And by "effectively" I mean it's all just been made a part of the normal store and not its own category.
If you want more or better items to be on offer, just level yourself up and do their jobs to get access to the better jobs (or it might only be the first one of the two, I forget).
There's a "traderstage" mechanic now that the traders will use every time they restock their inventory. Higher traderstage = higher tier items when they restock.
How to increase it?
-Increase your character's level.
-Complete quests with that specific trader. When you unlock a new quest tier, you gain a +5% bonus to traderstage, up to +30% once you've received their T6 quest completion reward.
-Put perk points into "Daring Adventurer". Each perk point increases all trader's traderstage by 10.
Formula:
Traderstage = (Player level + ("Daring Adventurer" perk level * 10) * (1 + 0.05 [+0.05 for each quest tier completion, max 0.30])
What kind of items are considered high tier when it comes to traderstage?
Steel Tools/Weapons (Minimum 100)
Military & Steel Armor (Minimum 115)
Vehicles & Vehicle Parts (Minimum of 50 for a full MInibike, up to minimum of 150 for full Gyro)
You should basically be able to "see" almost every item a trader can give once you've got up to about traderstage 55, outside of those item groups above.
This doesn't take into account a trader's PROBABILITY of restocking certain items though. Solar Cells, for example, have a VERY LOW probability of being picked by RNG every restock, but they can potentially be found in all trader's inventory once you've got their traderstage up to 55.
You'll have to dig in the "traders.xml" for more info about which trader's have a better potential to sell certain items you may be interested in.
