"Creator Tool"? "Dev Tool"??

I'm trying to find the name of the gun that destroys everything but it's in a dev/special menu.
I guess I'm also trying to figure out how to use it.
I had heard the name of it previously but can't for the life of me find the vid that showed it.
How do I do this? I see other things where you can select sections of ground, or whatever else, and manipulate those but that's not what I'm looking for.
It's a gun that destroys, and I think builds, anything. Just about.

It's the Super Digger.

Press F1 for console, type CM for creative mode, then ESC to return to game.
Press U for creative menu. Click icon for Dev Blocks On, and type dev in search bar to see all the available dev tools.
Turn off creative mode by typing CM in the console again.

It's an SMG that one shots blocks. Be careful where you point that thing.

The Super Digger is a fun tool but note that it does no damage to zombies, bears, dogs, vultures, etc. Although you can shoot the ground under them dropping them into a pit.

Yes, as Samothec says, the super digger does no damage to entities. There is a one shot pistol for that though. Oh, and there is a hammer too, but it's not for building. It also one shots any block, but is safer than the digger because it's one at a time.
